			FUNDING SOURCES Funding from the following agencies has enabled SCR Inc. to continue progress toward introducing its CPD to the clinic. The entire team at SCR and its affiliates is grateful for this support. This technology was supported in part by an award from the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development, Department of Commercialization and Innovation, under the Grant Agreements #KSTC-184-512-07-011 ("A Counterpulsation Device to Promote Myocardial Recovery") & #KSTC-02-DCIS-021 ("Portable Pneumatic Driver for Counterpulsation Therapy") with the Kentucky Science and Technology Corporation. The National Institutes of Health- Small Business Innovation Research (NIH-SBIR) program is a set-aside program (2.5% of an agency's extramural budget) for domestic small business concerns to engage in Research/Research and Development (R/R&D) that has the potential for commercialization.
